Our affordable, food-grade Bourbon vanilla seeds have a sweet, deep aroma with strong, creamy vanillin overtones and are excellent for baking and contain no alcohol or glucose. Perfect for adding to ice cream for extra flavour and that lovely speckled vanilla look.

All of our Bourbon vanilla items come from Madagascar.

Our range of vanilla products are produced from Madagascan vanilla beans and will add a delicious warm vanilla flavour to your recipes. With all of our vanilla products, store in an air-tight container and do not refrigerate.
