Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer free Mainland UK Shipping on orders of £50 (ex VAT) or more. Please note that this offer does not include BFPOs, N Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, or Channel Islands. There will be an additional charge to send to these destinations.

For UK orders under £50, our UK rate is £ 4.99. This rate covers parcels weighing up to 25kg. As with all of our prices, this rate does not include VAT.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for UK delivery. Please note that our courier rates do not cover BFPOs, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, or Channel Islands. There will be an additional charge to send to these destinations. We do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time. All delivery times quoted are subject to collection by our courier.

We are happy to ship within Europe and strive to keep shipping fast and affordable. For parcels being shipped within the EU, please allow up to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery. Parcels to Norway & Switzerland may take longer due to customs regulations in those countries.

Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address which has been provided incorrectly. There will will be an additional delivery charge for parcels redirected to any address other than the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

We are happy to ship to homes and businesses, but we are no longer able to ship to hotels.
